You can take vinegar, the bark of bay berry and make the paste from these, after this paste applied on the affected tooth as well as on the gums for strengthening them.

You can take a pinch of pepper powder, 1/4 tbs. of common salt and make a mixture from these, after use it on the affected tooth everyday as well as a pinch of pepper powder mixed with clove oil can be put on the cavities because it prevents dental cavities, foul breath, bleeding from the gums, painful gums, and toothaches and cures the increased sensitiveness of the teeth as well as to lighten the toothache.
