Dry bread and a small spoon of peanut butter are chewing and swallowing as well as breath is hold. Brown paper bag are breathing. A balloon is blowing. Make a mixture of 1/2 tbs. of mustard seeds and same amount of pure ghee, after swallow this mixture.

Take a piece of fresh lemon and suck it. Take a ½ tbs. of cardamom fresh powder and 2 cup of water, after boil it till about 1 cup water remains, now filter it and drink it. Take a small piece of ginger and suck it.
Make a mixture of a pinch of salt, lemon juice, lukewarm water and few leaves of mint, after take a dosage of a full glass of this mixture.
