Prevention and tips for indigestion
- Doing a regular exercise.
- Tight cloths are not wearing.
- Avoid smoking and alcoholic beverages.
- Drinking a two glass of hot water.
- Active sports are not playing immediately after meal.
- Do not drink a tea, coffee and other drinks because which contains caffeine.
- Take a walk at least 30 minutes everyday.
