Make a mixture of 1 cup of black beans with 5 cups of water, after boil it and drink 1/2 cup of this before your 3 meals as well as eat 5 raw adzuki beans.
Make a mixture of a few pods of garlic with a cup of water and boil it, after take this mixture 3 times in a day. Make a mixture of 150 mg of fresh dill with 2 cups of water and cook it until it's decreased to half, stir and add 2 spoons of wine, after drink this mixture 3-4 times in a day.

- Do regular exercises like yogic exercise such as padhastasana.
- Do not eat white flour products, sugar, rich cakes, pastries, sweets and greasy, tinned or preserved foods.
- Do not drink strong tea, coffee.
- Do not smoke.
- Espouse a well-balanced diet, with fresh fruits, raw vegetables.
