You can eat fresh green vegetables such as palak, methi and beet. Every morning drink a tomato juice before breakfast for 3-4 months. Make a mixture of 1 tbs. of fresh lime juice with a glass of water and drink this mixture every morning for 3-4 months.

Herb remedies for obesity

Make a mixture of trifala using a amalaki, bibbitaki, haritaki herb and take this mixture. You can take 10-12 fully grown curry leaves, after eat this leaves every morning for about four months. ke a mixture of sliced of ginger with lemon slices and boil this mixture, after drink this mixture. Make a mixture of 3 tbs. of lime juice, 1/4 tbs. of black pepper powder with a 1 tbs. of honey and drink this mixture daily for 3 months. Make a tea for dandelion root and drink this tea 3 times everyday. Take a leaves of jujube and this leaves should be saturated overnight with water, after next morning drink this water on an empty stomach.

Tips for obesity

  • Do not eat rice as well as potato.
  • You can eat a cooked as well as raw cabbage.
  • Eat a source of vitamin B12
  • Doing regular exercises.
  • Do not eat chocolates, ice cream, sweets, butter because in which contain high calories.
  • Everyday eat regular 3 meals only.
  • Drink a lot of water everyday.
  • Do not drink alcohol.
  • Do not eat a large amount of salt.
