- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 4 rasher of bacon
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Crack eggs into the pan and cook over low beat for 5 minutes or until cooked as desired.
Grill bacon under a hot grill for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked as desired.
Serve bacon with eggs onto warmed plates and season.
