Using good quality ingredients makes this very simple salad taste wonderful - you can even substitute the olive oil with walnut oil if you have some handy. Walnuts have been shown to improve heart health as they are packed with good fats called omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids.
- 2 cups rocket leaves
- 50g (1.5oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons walnut pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Combine all ingredients and serve as a side-salad.
