Hydroxycut is a thermogenic based weight loss drug which has shown better and quick results in muscle strength and mass enlargement. When it is combined with exercise and diet, it helps in the fat loss. It contains compounds such as Hydroxy Tea and Hydroxygen Plus which is helpful in boosting the metabolism and increases the energy. It also contains an ingredient such as Gymnema Sylvestre Extract which helps the person in promoting normal blood levels of sugar.

Croscarmellose Sodium, Silica, Propylene Oxide, Hydroxypropy Cellulose, Vegetable Stearine, Coating, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Magnesium Stearate, Green Tea Extract, Aspirin, etc.

Harmful effects can be seen with the overuse of this product. Only recommended dose prescribed by the health care provider should be taken. Small amounts of this supplement should be taken first and then check for the tolerance of the supplement. One should not take more than 100mg a day which should be taken for about 12 weeks. Hydroxycut not only increases metabolism but also increases fat oxidation.

Recommended Use

One should take 2 caplets with about 8 oz glass of water and should be taken three times daily before meals. One should not take 2 caplets in a 4-hour or 6 caplets in a 24-hour period. Avoid intake of this supplement within five hours of bedtime.

One can experience some side effects with the use of this supplement such as:-
