  2. Five books per inch should be added above five feet or to deduce five books per inch below five feet.
  3. To find the range healthy one of weight should add and deduct 10%.

* For the Men

  1. a man of five feet should have 108 pounds. * Six books per inch should be added above five feet or six books per inch should be deduced below five feet.
  2. To find the weight ideal one should add and deduct 10%.
