Weight Loss Diet - Eat right

Any diet or weight loss product that doesn't teach you how to improve your eating habits is not going to solve your weight problem. Ignore fad diets, single-food diets, unbalanced diets, liquid diets, high protein diet plans, very-low-calorie diets, food-combining plans, diet pills, weight loss supplements and so-called 'fat-burning' or 'fat-loss' supplements. Even though weight loss surgery may be useful if medically recommended, it can't improve your eating habits.

Any diet plan or weight loss program that offers a short-term solution to your weight problem is not likely to lead to permanent weight loss. So ignore fasting diets, 3-day diets, 14-day diets, liquid diets, high protein diets, very-low-calorie diets.

Healthy Weight Control by Dieting

Fad diets, unbalanced diets, diet pills, diet supplements, weight loss surgery and other short term weight loss methods are not recommended for permanent weight control. The best way to lose excess fat and maintain a healthy weight in the long term is to follow a balanced calorie-controlled diet (that improves your eating habits) and take regular aerobic exercise. Always thinking about dieting, but no time or energy to devote to counting calories, weighing and cataloguing every morsel of food that passes your lips?

Typical Diet plan for Weight Loss

Day One All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a loupe.

Day Two All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. Day Three A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas and potatoes yet. Day Four Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk.

Day Five Today is feast day. You will eat beef and tomatoes. On day five you must increase your water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing. Day Six Beef and vegetables. Today you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content.

Day Seven Today your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume. It's perfectly logical that some vegetarians don't lose any weight when they eliminate meat. Eliminating meat in and of itself doesn't necessarily lead to a calorie deficit since you replace it with other foods. This is especially true if the individual replaces meat with products like cheese or milk.

Healthy Diet tips for Weight Loss

Eating the wrong types of food could actually lead to weight gain on a vegetarian diet, as with any other way-of-eating. The trick to losing weight on a vegetarian diet and all diets is to plan your meals in advance, ensuring they include a good variety of fruit, vegetables and grains. Resorting to junk food simply because you haven't taken the time to plan a meal is a sure-fire way to set yourself up for failure.

Be wary of high-fat foods such as cheeses, butter, salad dressing and fried foods. Drink water as your primary between-meal beverage. Choose whole grains as much as possible to keep hunger at bay. Keep a written record of everything you eat and drink to get a better. Handle on your total food consumption, and identify where you want to make changes. Plan ahead for meals and snacks so you know exactly what you plan to eat. Last minute choices tend to be higher in calories and lower in satisfaction. Resist the urge to snack on fried chips, snack crackers and candy. Not only do they add unwanted calories, they don't provide any nutritional bonus either!
